"If I could give Dr. Petroff 10 stars I would. He is a fantastic and extremely talented plastic surgeon for the face. I received a revision rhinoplasty through Petroff. My driest rhinoplasty was with an entirely different surgeon almost two years ago. My previous surgeon was too conservative and did not provide the results I’d asked for. After consulting with several surgeons and researching, The Petroff center was by far the most impressive. If you are seeking a rhinoplasty or revision, look no further, because he will make your dreams come true. Not only is his technic with the nose fantastic, all of his patients have similar results showing his technique is consistent. Outside of Dr. Petroffs technical skills and attention to detail/your needs, his medical staff was fantastic. From the scheduling, pre op and post op care, I was thoroughly communicated with via email and phone calls. His team also offers a vitamin treatment to prep for your procedure making your body stronger for the healing process. The sedation process for the procedure was great and the nurses were holding my hands/arms for comfort since I was nervous. After coming out of surgery, I had a bouquet of roses with an adorable poem from the staff. I can’t believe I went somewhere else before Petroff, I wish I would have gone to him sooner. Regardless, I have no regrets and admire his talent, as well as his staffs talents."

I found Dr. Petroff to be a very talented and brilliant plastic surgeon. The facelift I received made my kids say “Mom! You look 30 years younger!” (slight exaggeration). I received the best care and from the best doctor ever! Dr. Mark Petroff is a perfectionist. I look amazing and feel wonderful after only two weeks post surgery! The face and neck lift look very natural. Examples: Turkey neck – gone, I can feel my trachea; pixie ear gone, he gave me ear lobes; my high cheek bones are back along with my happy smile. After interviewing a number of surgeons Dr. Petroff was the only facial plastic surgeon would make an incision hidden inside the hairline. I was out in the public within four days when I was able to have dinner at a restaurant with my son. He listened to my concerns and preformed a scar revision from work left by another doctor years ago. I am so grateful to another plastic surgeon who recommended Dr. Petroff. "I had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Petroff on 12/4/19. It looks exact like what I requested- and has a very natural fit to my face. Not only was the staff receptive and responsive to all my questions and communications prior to surgery but they were incredibly empathetic and informative through my recovery. They answered any and all questions I had and checked in on me almost daily for the first week. The staff was professional and genuinely kind and caring. I would suggest this practice to everyone! One of my favorite things was the lack of intubation (tube down the throat for breathing). By sedating me in a way where I breath on my own I avoid the risks associated with the trauma of intubation."

I had checked to see if The Petroff Center still took Care Credit, they did and I asked in the lady at the reception when I arrived again.. she said yes, she also knew that I was considering chemical peels only at that time. After I booked my appt. Carla took my Care Credit card for it to be processed for the series of peels.. she came back a few minutes later looking a bit embarrassed and informed me that they do not take that card for chemical peels.. it costs them to much money......Dentists, eye doctors, vets.. they don't have minimums.. I felt like I was being dismissed and not worth their efforts.. please note I had also discussed lower eye surgery in the near future with Carla... I went to the car and thought about the experience and feel I would be far better off somewhere else, even if the peels cost more."

They called me periodically to make sure that I received important documents and checked-in to make sure I was on track with what I needed to do to be ready. Jeannie Lee, the anesthesiologist, was wonderful, caring and professional; calling the night before surgery to answer all of my questions. Kelsey, the attending nurse, was similarly comforting, caring, and a master of distraction at just the right moments given my nervousness. Jeannie and Kelsey, present throughout surgery, worked incredibly well together. Heidi had the job of attending to my post-surgery care. She was very gentle, kind, worked quickly, and was able to answer all of my questions for her. I felt secure and calm in her care as she removed stitches. She has since called several times to check-in with me. Melissa and Jenna, both estheticians, were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable; their post-surgery care and assistance has been equally well appreciated. Not one regret or concern. "

I went in and was treated great by the front office staff and was promptly taken back to meet Dr. Petroff for my consultation. He advised me and gave me a few options based on my facial concerns and then had me meet with the financial person to go over the costs of the procedures. I was never pressured by him or by anyone else on the staff to start anything at that time. Everyone was helpful and gave me great suggestions about what might be most cost effective and also give me the best results for what I was looking for. The outcome of plastic surgery (like any artistic endeavor) is "subjective". This is why you should really check out the surgeon to make sure his (or her) aesthetics are very similar to yours before arranging for surgery. Dr. Petroff is conservative and doesn't want you to look wildly different (just natural and improved). Bear in mind that he "can only do so much"! He is a plastic surgeon, not a magician. He can't make you look like someone you are not. He can improve you, but not make you into a completely new person. When you undergo cosmetic surgery you have to be reasonable and have realistic expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone for anything. She described every step in clear concise terms, so I knew exactly what was going on before surgery. She also made me feel very at ease. I couldn't imagine being under anyone else's care, she did such an amazing job. Post surgery, Heidi, Dr. Petroff's medical assistant showed me how to care for my wounds.
