Mark is a very artistically talented surgeon and wonderful employer. Dr. Petroff is certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ABFPRS) and is a fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Krista Donahue

Krista began working with Dr. Petroff back at his 1200 square foot office at St. Vincent Hospital and has assisted Dr. Petroff throughout the transition and growth of his practice. She is responsible for the coordination and management of the clinic, medspa and surgery center.

Brianne Laws
Surgery Coordinator

Brianne is a very professional and out-going individual. She meets directly with all of our prospective patients providing them with a detailed quote following their consultation with Dr. Petroff. She is responsible for working directly with the patient to schedule and coordinate all aspects of their surgery.

Jenny Hepburn
Certified Medical Assistant/Surgical Technologist
Employed since 2010

Jenny is an ambitious and bright individual who completed her schooling as a Certified Medical Assistant in 2003 and went on to further her education and completed her licensure as an Esthetician in 2005. Jenny works very closely with our patients providing preoperative instruction as well as postoperative wound care.

“I enjoy providing support both clinically as well as emotionally to patients as they approach surgery and throughout their healing process,” Jenny Hepburn.

Niki Petroff
Front Office
Employed since 2009

Niki is a recent high school graduate and is currently attending college in Santa Clara, California. She provides summer and seasonal help for the front office.

Dana Cloud
Paramedical Esthetician
Employed since 2006

Dana is a very knowledgeable and comprehensive employee. She completed her schooling at the Antoine Du Chez Academy in Denver, Colorado in November of 2000. Dana enjoys the clinical aspect of esthetics and helps patients by tailoring medical grade skin care products and skin care treatments to help them achieve the results they want.

Melissa Plusquellec
Paramedical Esthetician
Employed since 2007

Melissa is a very professional, educated and thorough employee. She is our lead laser technician, providing medically result oriented therapies to treat acne, rosacea, telangiectasias, hyperpigmentation and unwanted hair. Her services also include chemical peels, microdermabrasion, facials, post surgical ultrasound therapy as well as makeup services.

Karen Petroff
Marketing Coordinator
Employed since 2003

Karen rejoined the practice in 2003 after taking time off to raise their 3 children. She has an incredible knowledge and background in sales and marketing. She is responsible for all aspects of advertising for the practice.
