Portland Facelift with Blepharoplasty, Endoscopic Browlift and Chin Implant*

This 59 year-old female was interested in achieving a more rejuvenated appearance. She was unhappy with the puffy and tired appearance of her brow and eyelid areas as well as asymmetry of the cheeks. She also complained of the droopiness of her lower face, jowl, and neck as well as a weak chin. Dr. Petroff addressed her concerns by performing a facelift, endoscopic browlift, upper and lower eyelid surgery, chin augmenation and unilateral malar augmentation of the left cheek.
